HOW IT WORKS

Add an Ayurvedic Seasonal Guide + any add on sessions to your cart and check out.
The following business day you will receive an email with a link to log into a secure portal. There you will a health questionnaire, waivers and a list of images to upload. The questionnaire covers your health history, current routines & habits, goals, concerns and an Ayurvedic assessment to determine your unique dosha.
Complete the forms and upload requested images in the portal.
I review your responses and may ask for additional or clarifying information by email or within the secure portal (whichever you prefer).
Your Ayurvedic Seasonal Guide (PDF) + link to schedule your one-on-one sessions will be delivered by email 7-10 business days after all forms, uploads & clarifying questions are complete.
I follow up with you by email 4 times over the next 3 months. You are welcome to contact me anytime during that period for questions, support or to share insights!
I will contact you by email the following two seasons (March, June or October) to update your file and provide up-to-date customized plans for the new season.
